
Your growing child should be viewed as an interesting individual that continuously developing his senses and brain functions. As concerned parents, your role starts by providing the basic necessities and help in stimulating your child’s curiosity to his environment. By integrating diverse patterns and textures to his daily routines, your baby will learn that changes are normal. His little imagination would be tickled by these fabric materials by simply touching or looking at it.

Take cotton or silk pillow cases as an example. By knowing the texture differences, you are teaching your child to learn more about the world. Try experimenting with the fabrics and decorations around the nursery room to catch his attention. Capture you baby’s interest but never let safety taken aback your good intentions. Blankets are not recommended until a year old so better keep them inside the closet first.
