Wall painting for your baby’s new room may sound great but is it the right time? Can it be completed before your little angel is in the house? What kind of paint should you use? Is it safe for your baby and the mom-to-be? These are just few things to consider when doing a makeover on your nursery room.

Lead wall paints that are common before the 80’s are known to be harmful to pregnant women as well as the baby. If your house is known to have one, remove it completely and make sure that nothing is left. During this process, make sure that the expectant mother is not home. Mothers-to-be should not also be exposed to any paint fumes because it has negative effects on the baby.
